The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) is seeking a supplier to provide, install, manage and support a Microsoft Teams Room video conferencing solution that provides a seamless user experience while conducting meetings and using video conferencing facilities in 104 meeting and conference rooms across MPI sites
Microsoft Teams Rooms, running Windows, is the meeting room conferencing solution required, and any Microsoft licensing will be provided by our Microsoft licensing partner.
The rooms will need to be compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android client devices.
We are looking for supplier who will bring their expertise and demonstratable significant prior work knowledge and experience to work collaboratively with MPI to provide a right fit solution.
The supplier will be responsible for end-to-end install, support and management of Video Conferencing across all 104 rooms.
