MPI require a replacement software solution for Contact Centres throughout the Organisation.
The Ministry’s Skype for Business enterprise voice capability is being migrated to the MS Teams
platform. This results in a need to upgrade the current Contact Centre solution with a compatible
product.
A new Telecommunications as a Service (TaaS) solution is required for the ongoing functionality of
the numerous contact centres at MPI
We are looking for credible TaaS providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure
to deliver a new contact centre solution. They need to have a good track record of management
and implementation of contact centres using systems such as Genesys Cloud, IPFX Contact Centre,
or other similar products, at other similar sized agencies. This will improve our contact centre
functionality for all external users, as well as improve our utilisation of M365 licensing.
