Objective One: 40%

To summarise recreational fishing effort, and any reported or observed captures of seabird in recreational fisheries within the New Zealand EEZ, for the 2016–17, 2017–18, and 2018–19, and 2019–20 fishing years.

Objective Two: 60%

To estimate capture rates and total captures of seabirds by area, and target fishery, and where possible, by species for the 2016–17, 2017–18, and 2018–19, and 2019–20 fishing years.
