The M. bovis Programme (“the Programme”) within the Ministry for Primary Industries (“MPI”) is transitioning from the eradication phase of the M. bovis disease response to the long term surveillance phase. To do this the Programme needs to demonstrate M. bovis is absent from New Zealand cattle farming systems. To achieve this objective, the Programme wishes to contract with suppliers for the provision of a range of services in relation to the national beef and dairy herds in New Zealand.
