Overview
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified Respondents to submit a Proposal for Integrated Primary Mental Health and Addiction Services accessed through General Practice, hereafter known as the Services.
The Ministry of Health is seeking collaborative responses from PHOs, DHBS and NGOs intending to develop and deliver the Services to the enrolled population of selected general practices within a defined geographical area.
The Service will make a range of supports rapidly available to a general practice’s enrolled population to help people manage challenges that adversely affect their wellbeing. These include support for self-management, talking therapies and social and cultural supports.
