This RFP is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), referred to as “the Buyer”, “we”, or “us”.

We are seeking one provider to deliver a design and implementation engagement under the Nauru–New Zealand Education Partnership. The opportunity involves two stages: an initial design phase to develop a costed Activity Design in collaboration with the Nauru Department of Education and Training (DoET), followed by implementation of the approved activities that strengthen the integration of Naoero language, culture, and identity across the education system.

The activity supports Nauru’s education priorities by improving learning outcomes—including literacy, numeracy, and student engagement—and by increasing the relevance, visibility, and use of Naoero language and culture in teaching, curriculum, and learning resources.
