MFAT is relocating to its new head office at 55 Molesworth Street in February 2026. We require relocation services to move and transport items safely between our current premises on 195 Lambton Quay to the new location on 55 Molesworth Street. Items may include boxes of office/ staff items and documents, IT equipment, whiteware, FFE and other miscellaneous items, as identified by MFAT’s transition and decommissioning project team, which is approximately 300m³ in volume. The relocation will occur from November 2025 – March 2026. This will include supporting MFAT with recycling and disposal of rubbish and unwanted items.
MFAT may continue to use the services of the successful supplier after March 2026 for other ad-hoc relocations within the head office or between other MFAT locations in NZ.
