The Ministry is looking for an experienced provider who is willing to establish a partnering relationship that will provide the Ministry with a stable, supported and modern intranet service. The primary driver of this project is to develop a modern intranet solution (Te Aka) for MFAT, leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint Online and the wider M365 ecosystem. The intranet will serve as the central platform for internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, enhancing both operational efficiency and user engagement. To successfully deliver this solution, we require a combination of:

• Visual Design Services.
• Functional Design Services.
• Configuration and Build Services.
• Web Content Design & Development Support Services.
• Project Implementation Services.
