The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade are looking to put in place a sub-panel of 3-5 providers to assist us with our recruitment/contractor requirements

Our main goal is to achieve cost savings, but we are also wanting to make the decision on which provider to use much easier for our staff. We will be focussing on first year Contractor placement fees, 2nd year fees and a Direct Contractor Fixed Placement fee (not currently part of the AoG TAS pricing options). The Direct Contractor Fixed Placement fee is due to our need to have direct contracts with the contractors who are funded by the International Development Cooperation (IDC) programme, not via the use of TSOs. Services within scope and their importance to us are outlined in the RFQ documents attached.
