Following on from our Registration of Interest (RFx ID: 30327434) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) would like to invite shortlisted respondents to submit a proposal for the Security Services opportunity.
The RFP and supporting documents have been delivered to your Wellington office on USB and as hard copies. The RFP and Response Form is also attached to this GETS Notice. However, the supporting documents are only available on the USB and hard copies provided.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal please complete the RFP Response Form, Pricing Template, Precondition Assessment by the Deadline for Proposals. We will not accept proposals submitted via GETS, post, or printed. You must upload your Proposal onto the MFAT USB and be prepared to hand it to the MFAT representative when they arrive at your Wellington office on the date scheduled for the Deadline for Proposals. You will need to sign that you have handed over the USB when the MFAT representative collects it from your office.
SUPPLIER BRIEFINGS
To register for an individual supplier briefing via Teams, please email commercial@mfat.govt.nz by 9AM 20th December 2024 with your first, second, third, and fourth time slot preference. Time slots are 9:30-10:30AM, 11AM-12PM, 1-2PM, 2:30-3:30PM. This is an opportunity to ask any questions and to clarify any points that may not be clear in the RFP documents with the Project Team. The Supplier Briefing PowerPoint slides and any questions raised during the sessions will be noted and shared on GETS.
