The Ministry is looking to procure an IT service management tool (ITSM), engage with a supplier to support the implementation of the tool and on an ongoing basis. The current system is at end of life and therefore no longer available.
The new system will be a Software as a Service (SaaS) product and will replace the current functionality of our current system. It must provide the following capabilities: incident management, service catalogue, knowledge management, self-service portal, and reporting.
