This notification is to inform suppliers that the Aotearoa New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) may release a request for proposal (RFP) in the coming weeks.

The Aotearoa New Zealand IDC has a large Renewable Energy development cooperation programme in Indonesia, which includes a focus on geothermal energy. To date, Aotearoa New Zealand support in Indonesia’s geothermal energy sector has focused on two areas:
1. Accelerating geothermal energy development by providing technical assistance and capacity building.
2. Delivering geothermal training support to the sector.
