The Public Utilities Board (PUB) is a state owned enterprise of the Government of Kiribati. The principal responsibilities of the PUB are to deliver electricity, water and wastewater services to the population on South Tarawa. This RFP has been developed in such a way as to enable PUB to establish a viable prepay electricity metering solution for use across Kiribati.
