Procurement will be by individual consultant sourcing (ICS). Applicants should provide a CV showing relevant experience against the selection criteria. Applicants should also clearly indicate their available in country time, including any limitations. Expectation is for at least 80% of time on the assignment to be in Country.

1. Reliability engineer and data analyst (6 months – intermittent)
An experienced asset manager/data analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Requires a minimum of five years of related experience including electric utility asset management principles, engineering, and a working knowledge of hybrid power system operation and maintenance.

2. 2 x Renewable Energy Site Operation Experts (9 months – full time)
Two renewable energy site operation experts with an electrical qualification and license to operate. The experts should have a degree or diploma in engineering or other relevant field, and at least 10 years of experience in power station installation and / or operations and maintenance, preferably of hybrid island power systems incorporating solar photovoltaics (PV). Experience with equipment used in the projects is preferred. Ability to communicate in the local language (Cook Islands Maori) highly valued.
