The Asset Management Division (AMD) of Foreign Trade and Affairs (MFAT) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers interested in working with MFAT to deliver two Work programmes that relate to Staff housing development and Infrastructure projects with locations and services required outlined further in the Registration of Interest (ROI).

MFAT is seeking information from Suppliers interested in and capable of delivering at a minimum, one of the following services;
• Project Management services
• Design – (including, master planning, detailed design, and design services during construction) architectural, infrastructure services, structural, M&E, Civil, landscape (this could include design consortiums)
• Cost Management
• Engineer to Contract (Separate from the Project manager)

Work programme 1: Staff Housing development.
Design and Construction services for Pacific staff housing developments in Tarawa, Niue, Port Moresby, and Honiara as part of a four-year capital works programme.

The Ministry would also like to consider the possibility of Design and Build turn-key services for delivery of the new staff housing projects

Work programme 2: Infrastructure development.
Design and Construction services for Pacific property infrastructure for staff housing developments and upgrades for compounds in Apia, Nukualofa, and others as part of the four-year capital works programme.
