The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct (D & C) Contractors for the procurement of the works to MFATs workplace at HSBC Tower, 95 Lambton Quay, Wellington.

The Asset Management Division (AMD) is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical asset planning and management of MFAT’s properties and other assets. MFAT has a network of office and Official Residence premises, providing facilities and work environments for staff to conduct the Government’s official business effectively. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced ‘design and construct contractors’ to undertake the design and construction of the interior layout of the MFAT tenancy in HSBC Tower office towards a more ‘Agile Work Environment’.

Credible and experienced respondents will have the capability, experience and motivation to deliver our project. They need to have a good track record in the management and implementation of similar workplace projects, preferably functioning as ‘Design and Construction (D & C) Main Contractor’ to ¬deliver projects.
