The New Zealand Government has partnered with the Government of Tuvalu to provide a Technical Advisor who will provide contract management advisory services to the Tuvalu Central Contract Management Unit in Tuvalu within the Ministry of Finance.
Some of the key functions of this role include:
• Support the maintenance of a contract register for monitoring active contracts, and support line ministries on contract management systems.
• Develop local capability in managing contracts including tracking of major receipts for the Government.
• Support local governance processes.

The initial assignment will be for a period of up to 8 months in country with an opportunity to extend for an additional 3 months.
