The New Zealand Government has partnered with the of Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to help develop an electricity roadmap for the Marshall Islands. This roadmap presents a vision for a decarbonised Marshall Islands electricity sector and provides a framework for investment and management.

The key objective of this role is to assist the Republic of the Marshall Islands to achieve their ambitious climate change and renewable energy goals, particularly through supporting the implementation of the Republic of the Marshall Islands Electricity Roadmap, which is a strategic roadmap for the Republic of the Marshall Islands electricity sector.
