The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) invites submission of responses from suitably qualified and experienced organisations (including consortia) to design and implement a Private Sector Development Facility to support inclusive growth and investment in the Myanmar dairy sector.
This Activity will be completed in two separate Phases. Phase One is to design the Activity and produce the Activity Design Document(s).

Subject to MFAT appraisal of the Design, and approval of an internal Detailed Business Case, MFAT will negotiate a contract for implementation of the Activity. The scope of services conducted under Phase Two - Implementation of the Activity - will be determined during Phase One.
MFAT envisage that the Activity implementation would be a five year intervention (depending on the Activity design) starting in 2020 calendar year, with an indicative budget of NZ$5 million.
