The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is seeking registrations of interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or consultants (including consortia) to design and implement a curriculum redesign of the Kiribati Diploma of Nursing to support the training of student nurses who are safe and competent and able to provide high quality nursing care in Kiribati.
MFAT plans to undertake a two-stage procurement process for this initiative. Stage One consists of a closed ROI that will confirm the level of market interest in the initiative and enable the shortlisting of suitable Respondents to Stage Two. Stage Two will be confirmed following Stage One and is likely to involve a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) process for those Respondents shortlisted from Stage One.
