The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), on behalf of the Government of Tonga, invites submission of responses from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or consultants to deliver two programmes of support to the Government of Tonga. This RFP seeks proposals for two programme manager opportunities for the following programmes:

* Tonga Justice Sector Support Programme (TJSSP); and
* Tongan Education Support Activity (TESA).
