Registration of Interest for construction services relating to the major redevelopment project at Koru School in Auckland.

The Contract will be for the following work:
• Demolition of existing buildings which may contain asbestos.
• A new classroom block of (approx.. 2,700 sq.m).
• A new administration block (approx. 270 sq.m).
• A new hall (approx. 600 sq.m)
• A new library (approx. 150 sq.m)
• Associated siteworks and landscaping.
