Goldfields School seeks Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced main contractors for the remodelling and refurbishment of the existing Miller Avenue School - Block A into a Special Needs Satellite Unit on behalf of Goldfields School.

The purpose of this ROI is to invite appropriately qualified Main Contractors to provide an expressions of interest to carry out the construction works on behalf of the Ministry of Education (Goldfields School), this is to include various spaces:
1. Reconfiguration and refurbishment of the Schools existing administration area and staff toilets (approx. 153.9m²).

2. Conversion of an existing classroom in to a Special Needs Satellite Teaching Unit and High Dependency Personal care unit (approx. 103.4m²).

3. Retro fitting of a sprinkler fire protection system to the entirety of Block A.

4. Associated peripheral external works; car port (drop off area), main entrance rout, bin storage, security gates, fencing and external play area. (approx. 100m²).

Interested parties must submit and expression of interest for the entirety of the scheme.
