The Board of Trustees are seeking Main Contractors interested in carrying out re-roofing work, modifications to the main block and a toilet block at Maungatapere School.

The project involves:
• Converting the existing Blk 1 student toilets into a new break-out learning space, including removal of skylights, provision of new solatubes and partial reroofing
• Demolition and re-construction of original toilet block (Blk 7) with covered link to Blk 1. The reconstructed toilet block shall include a Special Needs Bathroom facility.

In registering interest, contractors are asked to provide the information as per the ROI information sheet attached.
Key parts of this information are;
- Project History, Company details, Management Structure.
- Referees for recently completed projects of similar work.
- Position relative to starting this project in February 2015.

Note:
• Companies who have submitted ROI's with designgroup architects h+k in the last six months should confirm any changes to their previous submission.
• The School Board of Trustees will scrutinise all Registrations of Interest.
• The School Board of Trustees will subsequently invite some or all to make formal tenders for the project.

The project is being administered by architects h+k and will be tendered and executed under NZIA Standard Conditions of Contract.
