We are seeking registrations of interest from main contracting companies to carry out remedial works to a school comprising replacement of wall claddings, replacement of windows and doors. The school is located in Gisborne.

This is the first stage of a two stage tender process.

Expressions of Interest and all other required information are to be placed into a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Expression of Interest – 2489C and delivered to Alexander & Co. Ltd offices at Level 4, Building B, 8 Nugent Street, Auckland 1023 or posted to Alexander & Co. Ltd, PO Box 90718, Auckland 1142.

Applicants must respond on the Request for Expression of Interest document attached by the stated date.

No late, telephoned, faxed or emailed Expressions of Interest will be accepted.

Successful applicants will then progress to Stage 2 when full tender documentation will be provided.

This project will be run on behalf of the client by a Project Manager and is subject to the rules set out in the Ministry of Education’s Property Management Handbook. Go to http://www.minedu.govt.nz/goto/property and click on the link ‘state schools’ to view the handbook.
