Main Building Contractors are invited to register their interest for the proposed Block 1 alterations at Colyton School. This includes alterations to create a breakout area and new cloak area and interior refurbishment.
Contractors that register will be evaluated using the following criteria (weighted as indicated), and shortlisted to a maximum of 5 to be invited to tender.
Relevant experience with remodel and construction works within similar environments 40%
Human Resources and Key Staff 25%
Time, Cost, Quality Standards, and ability to complete the work to meet the expected programme 20%
Health and Safety policy and previous Incident Reports 10%
Referees 5%
The Ministry of Education and/or the School Board of Trustees reserve the right not to proceed to tender and/or not all those who register will necessarily be invited to submit a tender.
