The work includes:
- removal of a dental clinic
- removal of an attached boiler room (which contains asbestos)
- re-levelling of floors
- new internal linings
- plastering & painting

All Tenders were received before the close of Tender time.
We recommended awarding the contract to Scott Construction due to their previous work experience at Seddon School as well as the fact that they were the lowest Tenderer.
