The Ministry of Education (the MoE) is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to redevelop Napier Community Activity Centre in Napier (next to Te Awa and Napier Boys High Schools). This will include demolition and removal of exiting current PMC classrooms (350 sq m), relocation of two blocks from Tareha school and one from Crownthorpe school to be established on NCHS site. Some alterations and making good to these blocks is required. New decks and verandahs are also required along with some new paving.
Work is to be over the 2014/15 Christmas period with completion end of February.
