The Whakatane High School Board of Trustees is seeking Registration of Interest (ROI) from qualified and experienced education sector Property Project Managers, to assist the Board to develop our 10 Year Property Plan, and to implement and Manage the 5 Year Capital Projects. The Board proposes to enter into a Five Year Agreement (1 July 2015 – 30 June 2019) with the successful applicant. Applicants must be listed on the MOE list of approved providers. Applicants will be short listed against the following criteria: Professional, and Qualified with experience and expertise and hold a minimum of $500,000 professional indemnity insurance. The applicant should also have proven expertise in planning, contract and property law. Skills and expertise in other associated fields, cost, time, design, quality control, procurement, contracting and construction methods, contract administration, risk and dispute management. The minimum qualifications for this position is that the applicant should preferably have an appropriate tertiary qualification, and be conversant with all legal and technical requirements for building work Familiarity with MOE project management requirements (MOE Property Management Handbook) Current commitments and obligations Appropriate references/referees Fee Offer.
