The Morrinsville College Board of Trustees are seeking registrations of interest from main building contractors only to construct a new Agricultural Centre.

Registration of Interest Evaluation Criteria

(a) Experience (within similar environments) - 40%
(b) Human Resources (available capacity to commit to the project and competencies of key staff) - 30%
(c) Time, Cost, Quality (details of systems, previous projects completed on time, on or below budget + to the quality standards specified) - 15%
(d) Actions of Claims (details of any H&S incidents or weather tightness claims suffered within the last 2 years) - 10%
(e) Location (company location in relation to project site) - 5%

The project will consist of alterations & refurbishment of 1 x Classroom + construction of 1 x new Classroom with Teacher Resource Space.

Registrations of interest will need to include 3 references with the overall 'ROI' being limited to a maximum of 10 pages.
