General Information

We are seeking Registrations of Interest from competent Main Contractors to complete the classroom refurbishment works (two separate projects) at Russell School, Northland.

a. Upgrade of 2 classrooms including Plumbing, Electrical and painting.
Work to start December 2014.
b. Demolition of 2 classrooms. Work to start November 2014.

Please include your company resume, the evaluation criteria will be as follows:

a. Relevant Experience – Working in similar environments - 30%
b. Health & Safety – submit summary of H & S policy - 10%
c. Human Resources – Key staff, current workload and capacity - 20%
d. Labour rates, cost margins and variation on-costs - 15%
e. Confirmation of Public Liability and Motor Vehicle insurance - 10%
f. Actions or claims – detail major H & S or OSH reported incidents or weather tightness claims suffered in the past 3 years - 10%
g. References for similar type of works - 5%

ROI submission must be received by email or post (not faxed). No late proposals will be accepted.
The BoT reserves the right to shortlist, and to accept or reject submissions on the basis of the ROI’s, past performances and feedback from referees or other qualified parties.
