Registrations of Interest (ROI) are invited from experienced Main Building Contractors for the construction works required to defective building as identified below;

**The scope of the work generally includes:**
**Fergusson Intermediate (Trentham)**

Demolition of 40sqm , 60sqm , 80sqm prefabricated buildings
Reinstate new drive approximately 625sqm
It is anticipated the construction will commence in September 2014 for above works.

**The Main Contractors must provide the following:**

Three referees in support of your submission who may be contacted.
Details of any current or previous claims in relation to weather-tightness.
Minimum $2,000,000 Public Liability insurance
Minimum $50,000 Plant and Equipment Insurance
Minimum $25,000 Machinery Insurance
Confirmation of Motor Vehicle Insurance
