On behalf of the Ministry of Education we invite Main Building Contractors to register interest for tendering quotations for the refurbishment of the 100 Block at Havelock North High School, Havelock North.

**The work involves:**

Refurbishment of the existing 1700 sq m concrete block Classroom Block. Refurbishment of existing classrooms and toilets including new external access and canopies to classrooms. New breakout/staff rooms in existing corridors and resource rooms. Remedial work to roof. New landscape work including paving, timber/metal screens and seating.
The work is intended to commence in Term 4, 2014.

We advise that there may be a necessity to limit the number of contractors tendering to a maximum of six by an assessment process. Please provide relevant information with respect to your company’s capacity, education work familiarity, track record with respect to this type of project especially – and ability and assurance to carry out this work expeditiously once commenced.

Conditions of Contract will be Ministry of Education Construction Contract
