Building Contractors are invited to register interest for tendering quotations for exterior decking upgrade work to 8 classroom block, floor coverings replacement for 10 classrooms, internal wall claddings upgrade for 2 classrooms - all at Henry Hill School, Napier.
This project will be run by Judd Dougan Team Architects Ltd on behalf of Henry Hill School Board of Trustees, and the Ministry of Education.
The work involves:
Decking remedial and upgrade to exterior of 6 classrooms, including ramp access remedial.
Provision of outdoor safety carpet surface to top surface of decking to exterior of 8 classrooms.
Replacement floor coverings to 10 classrooms and associated ancillary spaces.
Replacement vinyl flooring and floor remedial to small toilets block.
Replacement interior wall cladding to 2 classrooms.
General associated making good.
Work proposed to be carried out during end of year school holidays.
For selection assessment - please provide details with respect to company capacity, education work familiarity, track record with respect to this type of project especially, and ability and assurance to carry out the work in the desired timeframe.
