The Tokoroa Intermediate Board of Trustees are seeking registrations of interest from main building contractors only to refurbish their Senior Classroom Block (approximate area 180m2).

Registration of Interest Evaluation Criteria

(a) Experience (within similar environments) - 40%
(b) Human Resources (available capacity to commit to the project and competencies of key staff) - 30%
(c) Time, Cost, Quality (details of systems, previous projects completed on time, on or below budget + to the quality standards specified) - 15%
(d) Actions of Claims (details of any H&S incidents or weather tightness claims suffered within the last 2 years) - 10%
(e) Location (company location in relation to project site) - 5%

The project will consist of alterations & refurbishment of 2 x Classrooms, 2 x Withdrawal Space, 2 x Teacher Workroom.

Registrations of interest will need to include 3 references with the overall 'ROI' being limited to a maximum of 10 pages.
