Nawton Primary School Board of Trustees are seeking registrations of interest from main building contractors only.
The proposed works include internal refurbishment and minor alterations and additions to approximately 7 separate classrooms. Work mainly includes re-decorating and replacement of joinery units and wall linings in classrooms, with minor alterations and / or additions to two of these blocks.
Registration of Interest Evaluation Criteria
(a) Experience (within similar environments) - 40%
(b) Human Resources (available capacity to commit to the project and competencies of key staff) - 30%
(c) Time, Cost, Quality (details of systems, previous projects completed on time, on or below budget + to the quality standards specified) - 15%
(d) Actions of Claims (details of any H&S incidents or weather tightness claims suffered within the last 2 years) - 10%
(e) Location (company location in relation to project site) - 5%
Registrations of interest will need to include 3 references with the overall 'ROI' being limited to a maximum of 10 pages.
Please note work is planned to be carried out during the December 2014/ January 2015 school holiday break.
