The James Cook High School Board of Trustees, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, are seeking Expression of Interest from suitably qualified Architects who are interested in providing design services for a forthcoming project at the school. The Architect will be the lead and coordinating consultant for all sub consultants required to deliver the project, excluding the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. This project involves Hall and Administration Block upgrades to address security, safety and operational issues delivered through redesign and appropriate materials. The proposed budget for this project is approximately $500,000.
