REGISTERED ARCHITECTS ONLY: Willow Park School Board of Trustees seeks proposals from suitably qualified architects to submit fee proposals for the proposed 5YA project at the above school.

Work involves some MLE alterations & classroom/toilet refurbishment, and the project includes upgrading of the existing Fire & security System.

Architect practices who can demonstrate experience and skill in the following will be considered:

Specific Building Development Planning.
Design & Construction Documentation to meet Ministry Design Guidelines,
DQLS and Modern Learning Spaces education pedagogy.
Construction Observation and Quality Control procedures.
Project Administration.
Ministry Conditions of Consultant Contract

Please supply the following information for evaluation:
- Company/Practice Profile
- Personnel who will participate in project.
- References
- Previous projects relevant to this project.
- Declaration regarding any current or previous weathertightness issues.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to shortlist and accepts or rejects any contractors after a review of the registration of interest, past performances and reference checks.
