The Contract Works required are: The proposal is site wide 1.8m high timber and aluminium fencing and gates to all boundaries and to the nursery area. Including concrete work to the front entrance & drive way & garden edging. Removal of a gas meter and large trees within 1m of the fencing.
All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact the noted representative in Invite Letter to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
