The existing fire alarm system installed across the school has a number of obsolete components that are no longer available. As the units are failing, they are causing a number of costly nuisance alarms and incurring call out fees.

Stage 1 of the site wide upgrade has already been completed. This included the installation of a new fire panel in the admin building and replacement of the fire alarm system in the admin building with a new Type 4 alarm system.

Stage 2 involves as the further upgrade of all remaining buildings on site from the obsolete fire alarm system to a new compatible Type 4 system.
