Overview
The Pirinoa School Board of Trustees seeks the services of a Roofing Contractor to undertake the replacement of existing metal roof coverings to Blocks A, B, F, G, I and J. The works include the removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, flashings and fixings; inspection of the roof substrate and minor repairs as required; installation of new long-run metal roofing, flashings, penetrations, insulation and vented battens where practical; replacement of associated spouting; and connection of spouting outlets to the existing downpipe system
