Overview
Alfriston College School Board is seeking an experienced main contractor to complete HVAC upgrades to Blocks 1, 2, 4 and 5.
The works include removal of redundant equipment and installation of new fresh-air ventilation, VRV heating and cooling, toilet extract, electrical and control systems, followed by testing, commissioning and handover.
The works are intended to be completed during the School’s Christmas holiday period. Attendance at the compulsory site visit is required.
