The existing student bathroom facilities in Blocks 3 and M1 at Raumati Beach School are in poor condition and are no longer fit for purpose and require complete refurbishment and modernisation.

In addition to the replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings, wall and ceiling linings and floor coverings, existing partitions are to be demolished and new individual cubicles are to be constructed, along with the introduction of new double glazed aluminium windows.
