Overview
Raurimu Avenue School is looking to complete a range of internal and external works within Block 1 as listed below
• Block 1: Remove ACM and reclad Block 1 including replacement of the soffit. (Asbestos report to be done)
• Block 1: Window and Shelter replacement
• Block 1 & 5: Toilet Refurbishment and Vinyl Replacement in Cloak Bay
All works must be completed to Ministry of Education standards, the New Zealand Building Code and relevant compliance requirements.
