The Muritai School Board plans to upgrade floor finishes to targeted areas within Block 1.

The proposed scope includes the overlay of the existing hardwood flooring in the hall with an MDF board then completed with flotex flooring. Other areas of the building will see like for like renewal of carpet and vinyl floor finishes.

The Board is considering the extension of the scope to include the front reception area of the administration block. This is documented separately and tenderers are asked to provide optional/additional pricing for consideration.
