The Whakatane Intermediate School Board requests Request for Tenders for Roofing Remediation Work
The Roofing Remediation Works at Whakatāne Intermediate School comprise all investigations, repairs, replacements, and associated construction activities required to address identified defects within the existing roofing systems across the school. The works are intended to eliminate sources of water ingress, improve the overall performance and durability of the roof assets, and maintain a safe and weathertight environment for staff and students.
The scope includes the replacement and repair of roofing materials, flashings, gutters, downpipes, roof penetrations, skylights, and associated components as required, together with any necessary reinstatement works. All works shall be carried out in accordance with current building standards, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practice to ensure the long-term integrity and serviceability of the roofing systems.
