The Northern Health School Board requests Registrations of Interest for the refurbishing and reconfiguring of two existing classrooms to create modern, fit-for-purpose learning and office spaces.
Works include the demolition of selected internal walls, existing bathroom facilities, and associated building elements, followed by the construction of a new internal layout, upgraded facilities, and all associated building, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

External works include the construction of new timber decking and pathways to improve site access and connectivity. The completed project will provide functional, compliant, and high-quality spaces that meet the operational and educational needs of the Northern Health School.
