Verran Primary School's approved 10 Year Property Plan identified a range of building elements and services within Block 3 that have reached end of life and require renewal. The project has been developed to address deterioration of building fabric, ageing building services, functionality deficiencies and compliance-related issues identified through property condition assessments and stakeholder consultation.
