Ōpōtiki College – Main Building Contractor
This project involves upgrading several areas of the school to improve learning environments, accessibility, and building functionality.
DB Block: Refurbishment of the existing Technology Block, including new wall linings, interior painting, flooring, and replacement windows. The project also includes converting two existing technology classrooms into a new purpose-built Art Room.
DA Block: Refurbishment of existing bathroom facilities, including upgrades to fixtures, fittings, and finishes to improve functionality and accessibility.
W Block: Construction of a new Hall entrance and refurbishment of the foyer to improve accessibility, appearance, and the overall arrival experience for students, staff, and visitors.
AB Block: Construction of new landing and steps
