Contractors responding to this ROI must demonstrate:

Proven experience delivering education sector projects and working within live school environments.
Capacity and capability to successfully deliver projects of similar size, complexity, and value.
Strong health and safety management systems with experience operating on occupied sites.
Experience coordinating and managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
Financial stability and resources required to undertake the works.
An understanding of stakeholder engagement and maintaining positive relationships with school communities.
A commitment to quality assurance, environmental management, and programme delivery.
